Zoe Atkins

Ph.D. Candidate at Cornell University

Zoe Sullivan Atkins earned her BS in Food Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison while working as a research assistant in Professor Rich Hartel’s ice cream and candy lab. She joined the Ozturk lab in January 2023 as an undergraduate research assistant. She was Vice President of the UW-Madison Food Science Club and Food Science Ambassador, helping other students find and learn about the outstanding program at the UW.
