Announcing the Robert L. Bradley Dairy Foods Fund

Dear Food Science Alumni and Friends,

I am pleased to announce the creation of the Professor Robert L. Bradley Dairy Foods Endowment fund to honor his tremendous legacy in the field of Dairy Foods Science. Dr. Bradley began his career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1967 and has taught a host of classes, most notably as coach of the Intercollegiate Dairy Products Judging team. Our industry donors have generously contributed over $400,000 to the Professor Bradley Endowment and we invite you to join them to help us meet our $500,000 goal.
