Manufacturing Equipment Technician at Babcock Hall Dairy Plant

This position will assist with the manufacture of all products made at the Babcock Hall dairy plant. The incumbent also cleans processing equipment, floors and walls as directed by the supervisor. Individual unloads trucks, moves stock between storage rooms and the production plant. May also assist with retail sales in both the store and at other campus locations. Ability to operate plant truck (less than 26,000 lb. gross weight) in the delivery of dairy products on the local-Madison campus and to other state agencies.
