A. L. Schutzman Company, Waukesha WI has an opening for a quality
assurance supervisor.



Duties include supervision of QA staff and activities, development and
implementation of SQF system, managing consumer complaints, conducting
GMP training, internal audits, and GMP self inspections.



The position requires a degree in food science or a related field with a
working knowledge of quality systems, food safety, HACCP, GMPs, SQF, and
FDA Regulations as well as 3-5 years experience and/or appropriate
academic training in the areas specified. Good verbal communication
skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to take on
new challenges and learn quickly are essential. Good computer skills are
a must. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
