*Director of Sales Division—Food Ingredients*

Ingredients for the food market sold into meat, cheese, pasta, pet food, nutraceuticals and dairy.

Based in Michigan. Responsible for $40MM in sales, five to eight direct reports including sales and customer service and administration.

Travel 60% through out U.S. and Canada. $110-120 base + $20-25K bonus.

Requirements: Sales Management in Food ingredient industry. Preferred, Science degree and experience with or strong desire for smaller company.



*Sales Representative:*

One in Michigan, or IL, one in Wisconsin selling food ingredients into markets listed above. Compensation in the very high five-figures. For WI rep, experience calling on dairy processing is preferred. For both positions, a relevant science degree is a big plus. Will sell direct and manage distributors.



*Food Scientist:* Same products, Based in MI. Needs 3-5 years experience.
